AHASCRAGH DISTILLERY

It aims to make whiskey history in the West of Ireland. We are fundraising to complete our eco-distillery & whiskey experience in the village of Ahascragh. Our journey has already begun with three products on the market & global demand for Irish whiskey set to double by 2030

Key Highlights :

OUR PLANS

While living in Asia, we grew tired of being offered “Irish Scotch” & spotted a gap in the market for premium Irish Whiskey. The fastest growing premium spirit in the world, growing by 140% in 10 years, Irish whiskey sales are set to double by 2030. As demand grows, we’re renovating an old mill into an eco-distillery in the West of Ireland.

From living in China & Hong Kong, we’ve seen the opportunity for Irish whiskey growth. Exports to Asia grew 362% from 2013 to 2019 & projections show a CAGR of at least 20%. 1 in every 2 bottles of whiskey sold globally by 2025 will be bought in India.

A key differentiator is our drive to be carbon neutral. Our eco-distillery will be powered by renewable energy, using new innovative technology. The first phase of the project sees revenue from spirit, cask & merchandise sales; third party bottling; & the café. The distillery will then generate income through visitor tours & events.

Key Milestones :

We’re fundraising to complete construction on Ahascragh Distillery with plans to open late 2022.We are inviting you to join us on our whiskey journey.
